- Our team will take care of everything from flights and accommodations to ground transfers, visas and will be delighted to assist you.
- We’ll email you a comprehensive quotation, providing all your journey details. Please review the package to ensure it meets your requirements. If you have any changes, please let us know, and we’ll promptly send you an updated quotation for your journey details to your needs.
- Once you are satisfied with the quotation, we will request a deposit payment. Additionally, complete an electronic booking form and submit passport-size photos and scans of your passports within the form. From then on, we will handle all necessary arrangements on your behalf.
- Upon completing all preparations and receipt of your full payment, we will promptly send you a comprehensive package of travel documents. This package will include e-visas, airline e-tickets, hotel and transportation vouchers, as well as a wealth of helpful information such as practical guides, Umrah guides, and other valuable resources.
Please be aware that the procedure may vary for individuals holding passports from countries other than the United Kingdom.

Required Documents For An E-Visa
- A passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure
- Digital passport-sized photograph with white background
- Children/infants must hold their own passports
Payment
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure and confirm your flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Once all the components of your trip have been successfully booked and visas have been issued, we will kindly request the remaining balance of payment.
Once payment has been received will send all your travel documents to you, including:
- E-Visas
- Airline E-tickets
- Hotel Vouchers
- Ground Transfer Vouchers
- Other necessary documents and guides
Regardless of which Umrah package or Hajj package you’ve booked, you can travel solo or in a group. However, it is essential to note that arranging all accommodations and visas must be done by an approved Umrah or Hajj agent.
Yes, it is possible. At Umrah Desk, we provide many onward destinations spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Far East. Popular carriers like Saudia, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Etihad, Gulf Air, Qatar Airways, Egypt Air, and Royal Jordanian offer stopovers and other travel options. However, remember to enter Saudi Arabia within the visa’s validity period.
We will make every effort to provide a refund based on the type of booking. If we are granted a refund from the airline, hotels, or other providers, we will refund our customers after deducting our administrative fees. Please note that visa costs are non-refundable after the application process has begun.
